Contractor Zoo has the right to change or discontinue any feature

the website. Profile postings must contain the accurate profile of a living individual
seeking employment on a contractual basis.
Postings (both resumes and advertisements) on the site may not contain:
- Material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights, or on the privacy
or publicity rights of others.
- Anything that is sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening,
harassing, abusive, or hateful.
- Anything that is embarrassing or offensive to another person or entity.
- Details that:
- impersonate another person, living or dead.
- are inaccurate or misleading.
- relate to any operation that could be defined as a “scam”
You may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
Contractor Zoo is under no obligation to monitor the Documents posted on the Site,
but it may monitor Documents at random. Documents found to violate the above Posting
Rules may be removed at Contractor Zoo’s discretion without refund. Users who violate
these Posting Rules may be denied access to the Site at Contractor Zoo’s discretion,
and will not receive a refund for any purchases. Contractor Zoo is the sole interpreter
of the Posting Rules.
Conduct Rules:
- You may not send unsolicited commercial email to any Contractor Zoo users.
- You must make all reasonable attempts to protect your password. You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password, and you are
responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you.
If others use your password to post inappropriate material on the Contractor Zoo

other than the recruitment of contracting staff and any information you have access
to you will use in an ethical and responsible manner.
Contractor Zoo contains hyperlinks, third party advertisements (which contain
embedded hyperlinks) and other pointers to Internet websites operated by third parties.
These linked websites are not under the control of Contractor Zoo and Contractor
Zoo is not responsible for the contents of any linked website or any hyperlink contained
in a linked website. Contractor Zoo provides these hyperlinks to you as a convenience
only, and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of the linked
website by Contractor Zoo or its affiliates. You link to any such website entirely
at your own risk.
In some instances, the advertisement will contain representations or offers by
the third party advertiser which you can accept by linking to the advertiser's website
and executing the relevant transaction. Such offers are not made by Contractor Zoo,
and the third party advertiser is solely responsible to you for the delivery of
any goods or services you purchase on the third party website.
The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by Contractor Zoo, and Contractor
Zoo may terminate this agreement and your access to the Contractor Zoo website at
any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised
to access the Contractor Zoo website, but all restrictions imposed on you, licenses
granted by you and all Contractor Zoo disclaimers and limitations of liability set
out in the Terms of Use will survive.
Contractor Zoo reserves the right to suspend any registration on an individual

Contractor Zoo reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement
authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose
the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting any materials which
violate any applicable or relevant law.
Contractor Zoo relies on your continued observance of these Terms of Use. If Contractor
Zoo suffers any loss or damage or incurs any costs in connection with any breach
of these Terms of Use or any other legal obligation then you agree to indemnify
Contractor Zoo for those losses, damages and costs.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If any provision of this agreement is found
to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability
will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force
and effect.
